Jin Shin Do™ Bodymind Acupressure is a gentle, non-invasive form of acupressure that integrates Eastern and Western approaches to healing. Developed by psychotherapist Iona Marsaa Teeguarden, it combines traditional Chinese acupressure with principles of emotional awareness and nervous system support.
The name Jin Shin Do can be translated as “The Way of the Compassionate Spirit.”
Sessions are typically quiet, slow, and deeply calming, making this work especially supportive for stress, emotional overwhelm, and those who prefer a lighter touch.
