Healing Philosophy
I have a passion for creating a safe, professional healing environment for a body, mind, soul, to re-balance, find peace, comfort, and regain a sense of whole self.
My Practice
Healing Approach
This work is done using my extensive training in Swedish massage, Acupressure, Hot Stones, and Reiki Level 2.
Jin Shin Do ™ Mind Body connection utilizing the methods learned in my Jin Shin Do ™ training.
For a more esoteric experience, I am open to sharing my training of the Chakra energy systems and Celtic healing arts by leading healing meditations that help to rebalance our connection to deep self and soul. This can be a relaxing experience using crystal energy, light drumming, music, writing, art, and meditative imagery.

When not doing work in my office, teaching classes that bring people together to grow and share brings me great joy.
With over 15 years of instructor experience, I can offer students a fun and exciting way to explore new concepts, while gathering continuing education, learning new modalities, or just wanting to re-visit and practice current training. I know how to keep students curious, insightful, feeling supported, and have fun along the learning path. Come join me and meet new community members.
